The storefront pictured above is the entrance into New York's most exclusive florist and occasion decorator, Jonathan's at West 56th Street. The "back-room" where most of the store's work occurs was as much work as the stucco and mahogany storefront. The store includes basement, retail, mezzanine, and 2nd floor office areas. The retail space is not as typical as the Le Croissant Shops or the Express, Ltd. projects we completed. However, this store was accomplished over a summer, working closely with the owner and decorator on a real budget. Most of our retail renovations are accomplished off-hours. Other retail renovations include galleries, restaurants, and boutiques.
