The office pictured above is in a converted garment center factory space. The work is basic and simple, and since the landlord was paying for it, extremely cost-effective. Plastered ceilings, drywall partitions, hollow metal doors, track lighting, a central AC system, painting, and carpeting are all services performed by GOTHAM to make an office out of a warehouse space. High-end professional office spaces are undertaken as requested. In between, we have completed a full spectrum of office interiors from the most contemporary to the more traditional.
