The room pictured above was a
drywall box in a Manhattan high-rise before GOTHAM installed the
room as shown as part of a much larger apartment renovation. We continue
to work for New York's best and most demanding decorators. Simpler
apartment interiors are achieved using the same skilled workers and
supervisors. Something as simple as crown moldings or built-up
baseboards, combined with a good quality paint or wall- covering job can add
simple elegance to an otherwise drab room. Co-op, condominium, and
apartment renovations, along with brownstone additions and extensions, are
the types of projects we undertake regularly.
